A Late Harvest, Delicately Sweet Wine – "Eternal dream" in Japanese, muku is absolute euphoria in a bottle. The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grown for muku is nurtured an extra month on the vine until the grapes are golden brown. At a peak moment, the fruit is meticulously hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract an almost syrup-like juice and heavenly bouquet. In the cellar, the fruit is cold-fermented, enabling a slow sugar-to-alcohol conversion, designed to preserve and enhance muku’s heavenly bouquet.
