RINDOred wineRepresenting the essential character of three dozen vineyard blocks through the many and varied microclimates of the estate, Rindo is the singular expression of the entire vineyard. The varietal components of Rindo are fermented separately in small tanks and held in French oak barrels in the caves for twenty months. Blending these discrete flavors draws together the authority of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the suppleness of Merlot and the floral intrigue of Cabernet Franc. All together, these elements comprise a harmonious wine with vitality emphasized in preference over brute power. |
