MURASAKI

proprietary red wine

Within the entire vineyard there are certain blocks which distinguish themselves each year by producing profound wines. As the barrels are sampled during their aging, confidence in the quality of the wines grows. And when it is time to rack them prior to bottling the final selection is made to balance one wine with another, eventually arriving at a blend whose core strength derives from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
